The Annual Pilgrimmage to see Santa. ..

Ever since Robert was one we have trekked up to the North Georgia Premium Outlets to see Santa. Why?, you might ask. Well, have you ever BEEN to the North Georgia Premium Outlets? I usually get a little shopping in, but with 3 kids in tow mama didn't get any retail therapy. I guess I will just have to go back in 2010. Santa baby, please send cash.

How does Santa. . .

Quoth Robert-

"My first question is, if Santa is so fat, how does he fit down the chimney?"

''My second question is, if Santa is so big, how come you don't hear him walking around in your living room?"

"How does Santa get his sleigh to stay on the rooves of houses that are not flat or big enough? Well, I think that the reindeer have sticky pads on the bottom of their feet. That's my hypothesis."

Rob speaks

After a harried and chaotic morning getting the kids ready for church, Rob commented,
"No wonder my mom wigged every Sunday!"

Note: My mother-in-law got 4 children ready for church and off to church by herself for years because my father-in-law was a priest and had to be at church early. Thanks be to God for you Little Mama!

Learning how to sing, like this!

Last week the All Saints' children's choir guru, Karol Kimmell, took some shots of Robert and Esther doing singing exercises for an article in Choristers magazine. They did a great job! Thanks Karol!

Some things.

Things I don't want to forget:

Yesterday Robert and Esther got CC out of her crib in the morning, changed her diaper and got her dressed.

Both Robert and Esther made up their own versions of the Davy Crockett song and sang them on the way to choir.

Sunday Esther told us the story of Joseph (from the OT):
"Well, Joseph had a lot of brothers and they were really mean to him. But his dad was nice and gave him a beautiful coat that had rainbow stripes on it. He went away to prison and then he lived with the king. Nobody had enough food in the kingdom so the brothers went to visit the king. They changed their ATTITUDE and became nice. Joseph gave them some food, but they didn't even know it was him."
